Overview

We are seeking for a MARKETING COORDINATOR to join our growing team!

 

Position Overview

 

Responsible for coordinating and managing marketing campaign schedules and projects to support the growth and expansion of the business.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Position Summary

  • Promotion of new client launches across social media.

     

  • Provides support for lead prospecting.

     

  • Coordination of projects across the marketing team.

     

  • Support customer success in promotion and coordination of webinars.

     

  • Responsible for managing some marketing campaigns

     

  • Upkeep of marketing resource center

     

  • Project managing client launches

     

  • Prepares reports on metrics and KPIs across the business.

Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in Marketing related functions with a B2B software company or SaaS BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field desired.

Computer Technical

  • Proficient in Office 365 - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Demonstrate ability to learn and understand basic office software applications

 

Other Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organization and follow up skills
  • Excellent relationship building skills and ability to work both individually and as a member of a team are necessary
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with keen ability to deal with detailed, and sometimes ambiguous, information
  • Skilled at interacting with employees at all levels within the organization
