Overview

We are looking for an EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT to join our growing team!

 

Position Overview

 

Provides support and assistance to executives that ensure effective use of time and productive interactions with staff and the public.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Position Summary

  • Handles a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks involving the clerical, administrative function, research, and management roles
  • Responsible for schedule management, office management, communication liaison, information preparation, company records management, data analysis, and representing the executive to others.
  • Handles confidential information and communications
  • Full comprehension of company’s operation and procedures
  • May also be responsible for training and supervising lower level clerical staff
  • Uses discretion and judgement and knowledge of organization to facilitate the executive’s activities

Experience

  • Preferably with a bachelors degree
  • With at least 3-5 years of related experience or 2 years' experience with additional specialized training and/or certification
  • Has advanced word processing, spreadsheet, and graphics software skills
  • Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function.

Computer Technical

  • Proficient in Office 365 - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Demonstrate ability to learn and understand basic office software applications
  • Experience with copiers, scanners, fax machines
  • Experience with multi-line phone system

 

Other Skills

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Telephone skills/etiquette; call screening
  • Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experienced in meeting scheduling and logistics
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience with document management and filing systems
