We are looking for a TRAINING & QUALITY MANAGER to join our growing team!

Directs the design, planning, and implementation of corporate training programs aligned with the objectives and strategy of the company.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Position Summary

  • Develop and implement effective training programs for both new and existing employees. 
  • Identify trai Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources.

  • Conduct regular quality assessments and develop action plans for improvement.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand specific quality requirements
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure training effectiveness and quality performance. 
  • Provide timely feedback to employees and managers based on performance assessments.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and quality management.
  • Manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function
  • Creates functional strategies and specific objectives
  • Regular training sessions, workshops, and skill enhancement programs will be organized to ensure our team members stay updated with industry trends and best practices
  • Establish comprehensive quality assurance processes to monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality of our services, leading to higher customer satisfaction rates. 
  • Will perform rigorous quality checks and ongoing training will minimize errors, leading to improved operational efficiency and cost savings.

Experience

  • Preferably with 5-7 plus years of related experience
  • At least with a bachelor's degree
  • Certification in Six Sigma is an advantage

Computer Technical

  • Proficient in Office 365 - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Demonstrate ability to learn and understand basic office software applications

Other Skills

  •  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organization and follow up skills
  • Great in relationship building skills and ability to work both individually and as a member of a team are necessary
  • Ability to manage from the big picture as well as dig into the details when needed
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with keen ability to deal with detailed, and sometimes ambiguous, information
  • Skilled at interacting with employees at all levels within the organization
