Overview

We are seeking a CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE to join our growing team!

 

Responsibilities & Qualifications

A Day in the Life

  • Downloading PDF documents from our Admissions Software.
  • Uploading these documents into a scanning software system.
  • Performing a variety of functions within the scanning software to sort and label documents.
  • Upon completion, upload documents back into the Admissions Software.
  • Partnering with the scanning software company to learn techniques for document automation and troubleshooting.

  • Experience
    • At least college level
    • With at least 1 year of Customer Service exeprience
  • Computer Technical & Other Skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Applications
    • Good communication skills
    • Organized and keen to details
